My 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric Makes Loud Braking Noise at Start-Up

Two months ago, I bought a brand-new 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric, expecting high quality and reliability from such a respected brand. However, from the very first days, the car makes an extremely loud and disturbing grinding sound from the brakes or discs every time I start driving, especially noticeable in the mornings. When I took it to the service center, the mechanics told me bluntly, "If we don't hear the noise ourselves, we can't help you." Of course, the sound primarily happens in the mornings, making their approach completely ineffective. I didn't invest so much money in a brand-new car only to face such an annoying issue!
