Hyundai Kona Electric 2022 Battery Issue Unresolved for 6 Months Despite Warranty
I am experiencing a battery problem with my 2022 Hyundai Kona Electric. The vehicle does not charge and therefore cannot be used. Since March 2025, I have been in contact with the Ş* A******* dealership. Each time I call, I am told that the battery is “on the way” and that I will be contacted, but to this day, I have never received any follow-up.
I also took my car to the service center, where an inspection was carried out. Afterward, I was told, “We will get back to you,” and the car was returned to me. Throughout this entire process, no concrete solution has been offered, and my grievance continues.
Although my vehicle is under warranty, the issue has not been resolved for almost 6 months, and I have received no support from customer service. I request that the battery be replaced immediately and that my grievance be addressed without further delay.
