I purchased my 2022 Hyundai Tucson brand new, and it currently has 40,000 km. Since 10,000 km, I’ve been experiencing a persistent vibration issue. The car vibrates heavily and shifts gears roughly in every gear. I have visited multiple service centers, but none have been able to resolve the problem. Despite providing detailed records, they simply connect the vehicle to a diagnostic device and claim there’s no issue. This ongoing problem has made driving uncomfortable and frustrating. I expect Hyundai to take responsibility for addressing this defect and provide a permanent solution immediately. It’s unacceptable that such a problem exists in a relatively new vehicle, and I won’t settle for vague excuses any longer.
