Hyundai Kona Electric Makes Loud Brake Noise at Start and Service Won’t Fix It

Two months ago, I purchased a 2024 model Kona Electric vehicle from the Istanbul Maltepe Hunko dealership. From the very first time I started the car, there was a loud noise coming from either the brakes or the disc. When I took the vehicle to the service center, they told me that unless they heard the noise themselves, there was nothing they could do. However, this issue only occurs in the morning and usually on the first drive. It's difficult for me to prove this when the sound is intermittent. I trusted the Hyundai brand and their service network, but this situation has been really disappointing. If this problem isn't resolved soon, I will take the matter to the Consumer Court as I believe the car is defective. I am urgently awaiting support to fix this issue.
