I am writing regarding a problem with a deposit I made into my PariMatch account that still has not been credited.
On May 10, 2026, I deposited ₹1,000 through Paytm into my PariMatch account with ID 503718397 from India. The Paytm transaction was completed successfully from my side, and the amount was deducted correctly. However, despite the successful payment, the ₹1,000 has still not been added to my PariMatch account balance.
After noticing that the deposit did not appear in my account, I contacted PariMatch live customer support and a support ticket was created regarding this issue. Later, the ticket was marked as “successfully completed,” but even after this update, the deposited amount remains completely missing from my account balance.
I have not received any proper explanation, meaningful resolution, or refund regarding where the money went or why the transaction was not processed correctly.
I request that PariMatch urgently investigate this missing deposit and immediately credit the ₹1,000 to my PariMatch account balance. If the amount cannot be credited for any reason, I request that the full payment be refunded back to my original Paytm account without any further delay.
I also ask to be informed in writing about the final outcome of the investigation and the exact reason this issue occurred.
