Hypic Free Trial Charged Me $52 After Same-Day Cancellation

I downloaded the Hypic app from the App Store to use the 7-day free trial. The app clearly stated that if I canceled within the trial period, I would not be charged and would be eligible for a refund. Based on that information, I started the trial and canceled the subscription the very same day.

Even though I completed the cancellation within the trial period, on December 13, 2025, $52 was charged to my card, and I was informed that a one-year subscription had been activated on my account. I want to exercise my right to cancel under the terms of the free trial.

I do not accept being charged despite canceling within the allowed trial period. I am requesting a full refund of the $52 and the complete cancellation of the subscription.
