Hypic Free Trial Charged Me $67 on My Phone Bill
On January 1, 2026, I signed up for a subscription on the Hypicpro app that was advertised as a “$0 free trial.” Since the screen clearly displayed “free trial” and “$0,” I approved the transaction. Immediately afterward, I proceeded to cancel the subscription. Despite this, a charge of approximately $67 was added to my mobile phone bill.
I am not in a financial position to pay this amount, and at no point during the transaction did I see any clear or explicit notice that I would be charged $67. My intention was only to try the free trial, and as soon as I realized there might be an issue, I canceled the subscription. Nevertheless, I was faced with this unexpectedly high charge.
For the transaction/subscription number MS2Q5S96LW, I am requesting that the approximately $67 charge applied to my phone bill be canceled, that the amount be completely removed from my invoice, and that the subscription be terminated without any fee.
