Hypic keeps billing after I cancelled, how can I stop charges and get help?

If Hypic keeps billing you after you cancelled and you want to stop charges and get help;

Contact the platform/app store support with a clear escalation;

• State that you cancelled your Hypic subscription but charges are still being billed
• Provide your account email/ID, device type (iOS or Android), cancellation date, and recent charge details (date/amount/receipt)
• Include proof of cancellation (screenshot from Subscriptions page, confirmation email, or app store listing)

Ask them to;

• Confirm that your subscription was successfully cancelled in their system
• Stop all future charges immediately
• Refund the recent charge(s) that occurred after cancellation
• Provide written confirmation that your subscription is no longer active

If they respond with generic replies like “terms apply” or “didn’t see cancellation”;

• Ask for the exact reason the cancellation wasn’t recognized
• Request the specific screen/setting where you cancelled and why it didn’t stop renewals

If charges continue or support stops responding;

• Save screenshots of your subscription status, cancellation proof, and all communications and file a complaint on Xolvie to report ongoing Hypic charges after cancellation and seek help stopping them and getting a refund
