My Geox Shoes Order Delayed – No Tracking or Response After 5 Days
I ordered two pairs of shoes from Geox, and the website stated I would receive a tracking number within 36 hours. It’s now been five days, and I still haven’t received any tracking information. I tried reaching out through their “Contact Us” page, but there’s been no response. I sent another message, yet still no reply. Frustrated with the lack of communication, I contacted my bank to report the issue. The bank assured me that they would place a hold on Geox's account to initiate a refund if necessary. I expected better service and communication from a reputable brand like Geox. This has been an unnecessarily stressful experience, and I urge Geox to respond and address the issue immediately.
