I Couldn't Return My Bvlgari Sunglasses Due to Alleged Scratches Despite No Use

I purchased a Bvlgari-branded pair of sunglasses from Atasun Optik on March 2, 2024, and attempted to return them on March 9, 2024, exactly seven days later. To my surprise, the store refused to accept the return, claiming the 7-day return window had expired and that the lenses were scratched—despite the fact that I never even wore the sunglasses once.

The store manager had the nerve to suggest that “maybe the lenses got scratched while being removed from the case.” Really? Are we buying luxury sunglasses worth ₺9,000 just to leave them sitting untouched in a box?

This is completely unacceptable. A customer should not be held responsible for possible manufacturing or packaging flaws, especially within the change/return window. Atasun Optik clearly has no intention of standing behind the quality of the products they sell. This experience has left me extremely frustrated and I will never shop there again.
