Huawei Turkey hasn't finished the legal IMEI registration for my Huawei Mate 20 Lite phone, which is very frustrating. The motherboard was replaced in January 2023, which caused the IMEI number to change. However, the official service center at Huawei Istanbul Umraniye Canpark Mall has not taken the steps needed to register the number. Since June 5, 2023, I have made many phone calls and written requests, including sending the product's invoice and supporting documents, but I haven't heard back from Huawei Turkey headquarters. Because of my carelessness, my phone could be turned off in the next two months. I feel like a victim because Huawei hasn't done anything and has bad customer service. It is very important that Huawei Turkey takes care of this issue quickly and fixes the IMEI registration problem.
