Huawei Refuses to Service My Matebook e i7 Because I Bought It Abroad

During my time working abroad (in 2021), I purchased a Huawei Matebook e i7 model laptop. At the beginning of 2024, I dropped it, which resulted in a broken screen. My laptop's screen shows no image, but it works when connected to an external monitor. In fact, even the touchscreen functions properly. I applied for support from Huawei Turkey's authorized technical services three times, and each time I was told, “Service cannot be provided because it was purchased abroad,” and my request was denied. The same model with an i5 processor is sold in Turkey, yet a global brand like Huawei refuses to provide service simply because I bought it from another country. I’ve been struggling for about 10 months now. I take my device to the service centers recommended by Huawei Turkey, but I can't get any help. Unfortunately, the fact that it’s a global brand is not true. They never provide support, which has been a huge disappointment and regret. Please don’t buy a single product from them, and don’t let them use your devices. They tell me to go to the country where I bought it and get service there. How easy is that? If I had the means and the opportunity to go, I wouldn’t be struggling for even a minute longer. The same device is sold in Turkey; it just has a different processor, but for some reason, you don’t want to support your customers or provide service. This is the only thing that is clear in the current situation. If you were selling spare parts, I would buy them and fix it myself, but you don’t even provide the parts. From now on, I will share my experience with everyone without hesitation. I will raise awareness as much as I can so that others don’t face the same issues. You cannot use your devices in other countries nor get service. It is not a global brand; it’s just a source of regret. I’m fed up with being humiliated for months.
