I'm Still Waiting on My €230 Remitly Transfer That Never Reached Turkey

On June 11th, I made a €230 money transfer through Remitly to send money from Germany to Turkey. Although I received a notification the same day stating that the transaction had been completed, as of today, no payment has reached the recipient. The money was supposed to be collected in Istanbul through Paycell, but there is still no payment showing up.
My transaction reference number is r25848550690. During this time, I've contacted Remitly customer service repeatedly, about 10-15 times. Each time, they simply said they were opening a case and that I needed to wait, without offering any concrete information, explanation, or solution beyond that. I can't get any response other than automated messages.
Since there has been no progress whatsoever and the money has not reached the recipient, I am requesting that this transaction be canceled and that my €230 be refunded to me. I also want a clear and explicit explanation regarding the delay and the lack of communication I've experienced.
