My Camper Shoes Tore After Only 3 Wears, and Boyner Rejected My Claim

My Camper Shoes Tore After Only 3 Wears, and Boyner Rejected My Claim

About 4 months ago, I purchased a pair of Camper brand shoes, product code st-1562899, from the Boyner store in Çanakkale. Even though I only wore the shoes a total of 3 times, a small tear developed on the inner right side. Having the product deform like this in such a short time seriously disappointed me in terms of quality.
On June 18th, I sent the product in for inspection through the store where I bought it, and on June 27th, I was informed that my exchange request had been rejected. I feel wronged both because a barely-used shoe tore this way, and because the product's defect was not acknowledged. I paid an amount nearly equal to the price of two pairs of shoes, but I can't comfortably use the one I got.
As a large, well-established company, I am asking Boyner and the Camper brand to stand behind their product and replace my shoes with a new pair. Because of this negative experience, I've lost serious trust in the brand, and I find myself having to tell the people around me about this situation.
