I Can't Reach Remitly for a Refund After They Blocked Me Everywhere

On June 1, 2026, I mistakenly made a payment of $51 for a service under the name Elif Erdenay, which I later realized was for "personal suggestion/weight-loss coaching." I didn't actually want this service, and as soon as I realized it was a mistake, I requested a refund for the payment.
I made the payment from my own account through Remitly, and I have the receipt and proof of payment for this transaction. However, when I contacted the company to request a refund, I received no positive response. When I messaged them on Messenger, I was blocked; when I sent a message on WhatsApp, I got no reply and was likely blocked there as well; and when I called by phone, no one answered.
I am requesting that this mistaken payment, for which I never received any service, be refunded to me. I want the relevant company to get in touch and resolve this issue, and for my complaint to be addressed.
