My Camper Sneakers Deformed in Two Months, and Boyner Has Gone Silent

The Camper brand sneakers I purchased in November from the Metropol Boyner store became seriously deformed after about two months of use. I handed the product over to the Metropol Boyner store for inspection on May 17, 2026.
Despite the time that has passed, I have not received any update regarding the inspection process or its result. I'm also having difficulty reaching the call center and am unable to properly submit my complaint requests through the system either. I want to note, with regret, that the after-sales service I expected from established brands like Camper and Boyner has not been met throughout this process.
For these shoes, which have suffered serious deformation, I am requesting either a refund of the product price or a replacement for the defective item. I kindly ask that the inspection result and the action taken to resolve my complaint be communicated to me urgently.
