HSBC Mobile Banking Removed Fund Trading

9

I tried to sell a Type B investment fund through the HSBC mobile banking app, but I can only view my portfolio—there is no buy/sell option available. I encountered this issue today, and I currently live abroad in Spain. I used to perform fund transactions through the same app without any issues, but now all buy/sell functions have disappeared and only “portfolio view” is available.

My account was opened in Turkey and I still actively use it. All other banking services work normally, but fund transactions are completely disabled. I tried contacting customer service, but I received no response. I also discovered that my branch was moved to Suadiye, yet I cannot reach anyone there either, and there is no communication link inside the mobile app.

As S. Sinem P., I request that the fund trading options be reactivated in the mobile banking app and that I be informed about the reason for this issue and the steps taken to resolve it.
