Trust Wallet Blocked Access to ₺200,000 in Crypto and Disabled Sell/Withdraw Options

Since July, I have been experiencing a serious issue with the Trust Wallet app on my Android device. Unexpected deposits were made into my account by third parties, and now more than ₺200,000 worth of crypto is stuck and completely inaccessible.

Although I can log into the app, all “sell” and withdrawal functions are disabled. Only the “buy” option is visible, leaving me unable to sell or transfer my coins to my own account. There are no warnings or additional password requests inside the app—just a locked system that prevents me from accessing my funds.

I tried multiple times to recover my money, but every attempt only led to further losses. To make matters worse, I have been unable to find any official contact information for Trust Wallet’s customer service or support team, meaning I cannot get direct help.

I have all transfer receipts and transaction history available and I am ready to provide them for review. For the past several days, I have repeatedly attempted to upload my receipts and reach out, but the system would not let me.

I demand that Trust Wallet immediately reviews my receipts, confirms my claims, and restores full access to my funds. I expect a refund of all my inaccessible crypto and a clear explanation of why my account functions have been restricted without notice.

About two months ago, while making cryptocurrency transactions through Trust Wallet and OKX platforms, I lost approximately 600,000 TL in total. During my transactions, people contacted me claiming, 'We are calling from CİMER, we will refund your money,' and they kept asking me for money under various pretexts. In order to get my money back, I made payments both via cryptocurrency and bank transfer for reasons such as 'deposit' and 'transfer fee.' During this process, I also made transfers through Garanti Bank and İş Bank.

I only used Binance TR and Binance platforms for depositing money. I experienced the main loss on Trust Wallet and OKX. I contacted the customer services of both platforms multiple times, but no solution was provided and my grievance was not resolved. Currently, I can log in to my Trust Wallet and OKX accounts, but I cannot see any balance or transaction details inside.

I have all the receipts and documents related to the transaction history. I request that the entire amount of my loss be refunded to me. I am in a very difficult situation and I want my grievance to be resolved urgently.

As a result of transactions I made through Binance TR, Binance, and Trust Wallet, I have suffered serious victimization. While trading cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH, a loan was taken out in my name without my knowledge and money was deposited into these accounts. I have lost approximately 800,000 TL in total. I am constantly being asked for money under the name of 'tax' or various other fees, and my victimization increases with each passing day. I have had great difficulty reaching the customer service of the relevant platforms; there are no contact numbers and I cannot get any support. I have receipts and screenshots of the transfers made. All these transactions took place in Balıkesir Edremit, through banks. Communication with the people who demanded money from me was conducted via phone and WhatsApp; I still have the messages and phone numbers. I am now in a very difficult situation both financially and emotionally, my bank accounts are blocked, and I am being asked to make another payment by Friday. I am only requesting the return of my money; I have no other expectations. Please, I urgently request that my victimization is resolved and my money is refunded.
