My Investment Funds Not Selling And No Progress Despite Requests

I have two different fund accounts with İş Bankası, and I want to sell these funds and close my accounts, but your app keeps giving the warning “No Investment Fund Available for Sale (2230225).” In August 2025, I visited your branch, and the lady at the counter said she placed the sell order and that the money would be transferred to my account within 2–3 days, but nothing happened. I went to the branch again in October, and this time the branch manager also checked the issue, and under his guidance I filled out a petition to proceed with the sale of the funds. However, even though more than a month has passed, there is still no progress. What else do I need to do for these funds to be sold and for me to receive my money from İş Bankası?
