HSBC Customer Service Ignored My Repeated Calls About Pending Temu Refund

On August 8, a refund of ₺286.75 was issued to my name through the Temu shopping platform. However, even after nearly a ...month, the amount still appears as pending (in authorization) and has not been transferred to my account. The transaction was made using my spouse’s HSBC Bank card ending in 0354.
