I recently submitted a request to increase the limit on my İş Bank credit card through the mobile app. However, I soon changed my mind and decided to cancel the request. Unfortunately, I found that this was not possible through the mobile app, internet banking, or even by calling customer service. The call center representative had to create a separate request for the cancellation, stating it would be processed within two business days. In 2024, with all the technological advancements, it's unacceptable that I cannot instantly cancel a transaction on my own credit card through any of these channels. The card is mine, and I should be able to manage it in real-time, without relying on bank personnel or their processing speed. I urgently request that my cancellation be processed immediately.
