HP Victus Ethernet Port Stopped Working and I Cannot Reach Metrocity Service

The ethernet port on my HP Victus 16 laptop, which was working flawlessly just three months ago, has unexpectedly ceased to function. I’ve been seeking proper service, but the experience has been far from seamless. The website suggests that customers should call ahead before visiting a service center, but there is no service number provided for the HP Metrocity location at all. I’ve looked everywhere online, reached out to others, and yet, I’m still coming up empty. It’s really frustrating to encounter such limited support options from a brand like HP. I would appreciate it if someone from HP could contact me regarding this complaint, as I have been unable to reach out otherwise. I would appreciate a prompt solution to this matter.
