The return process of my HP Victus 16 laptop has been ongoing for 3 weeks, but the return forms have still not been sent and I have not received proper updates. For the past 2 weeks, we have only been waiting for the forms, but each time we contact you, we are being ignored. My device with service number WO-030663326/Serial number CND3431BWT is still waiting at the service center with no progress. Mr. S*** M***, assigned to our case, calls near the end of the day and never resolves the issue. When we reached out to Mr. C*** from customer service, he responded rudely and even hung up on us.
