My HP Pavilion 15-dk2000 Laptop (2P2A1AV) was purchased on October 17, 2022, and I am extremely disappointed in the product's quality. This is the first time I've bought anything from HP, and the left fan has stopped working properly. Is it normal for a fan to shut down so quickly? Because my work as an online web designer is reliant on this laptop, the fact that it has already developed a flaw after less than a year of use is extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, there isn't a single service center in Adana, the city where I live. At this point, I'm not sure how my problem will be solved. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. It is my sincere hope that this matter is resolved as soon as possible.
