HP Pavilion Notebook Battery Level Decreases After Unplugging

I bought an HP Pavilion notebook last year, and even though it was turned off, its battery was decreasing by 5 percent per day. When I told HP about this situation, they told me it was normal. I ignored it at first, but this rate increased to 7-8 percent and I took it to the service. They returned it saying there was no problem with the service. I received the device and left it two days later, charging it to 100 percent. When I turned on the device, which I fully charged and left on November 30, on December 5, it showed 25 percent. This corresponds to a discharge of around 13 percent per day. And HP says this is normal. I bought this laptop to work when I go out in emergency situations. And every time I was victimized because it was not charged or it was low. Today, even when you buy an ordinary tablet, if you turn it off and never turn it on, it consumes 2 or 3 percent of the battery per week. I charged the device, which I did not use for even two weeks, fifty times in total. I would accept it if it was 1 percent discharge per day, but this is due to an error. This situation is not normal.
