Dear Şikayetvar and its users, Despite mentioning in my complaint that the relevant company had contacted me, they are still claiming that they have provided communication. In other words, from what I understand, you are addressing Şikayetvar rather than addressing me directly. I am taking a position on this matter urgently and, if necessary, I am prepared to spend 2 months dealing with it. It's not a problem at all, but I will take necessary actions with you in accordance with my rights.

Hello HP Support, I purchased an HP Pavilion 800 gaming keyboard with a warranty on 25.11.2022. Unfortunately, it malfunctioned on 22.10.2023. I was asked to provide documents such as videos and invoices on that day, which I promptly submitted. Later, you sent me a replacement product that was not equivalent to my keyboard. I refused to accept it and returned it to you. Your representatives have been giving me the runaround for about 5 months, first stating 15 business days, then 1 month, and then with several postponements. Yesterday, my wife answered the phone due to my international travel. A representative named M***** A**** left a message saying, "We will refund you," and added, "Whether you accept it or not, we will close your file." What is this? What kind of training do you provide to your staff, or rather, what is your process? I expect a written response regarding the matter to my email address. My request is for my own keyboard brand and model to be sent, or if not available, to send a higher model. I look forward to your response, and depending on your reply, I will take further action.
