Dramatic Decline in HP Speaker Quality, Sound Performance Bizarre
The speaker's sound has deteriorated significantly over the last two months. When I first bought it, the audio quality was excellent, with deep bass and crystal-clear treble. However, it now resembles a cheap, low-quality speaker that one might find in a local market for 10 liras. Idid everything to fix it, at least whatever I could do, verified that the drivers are up to date, that there are no visible damages to my PC, and that there is no dust accumulation on the speaker. Despite these safeguards, the sound quality remains unsatisfactory. This abrupt and dramatic drop in sound performance is completely improper. I expected the speaker to keep producing high-quality audio for an extended period of time. However, the speaker's current state does not meet the standards promised at the time of purchase. I respectfully request that this problem be resolved as soon as possible. a replacement would be better tahn a fix because we all know that it never works.
