HP Victus Screws Stripped on First Use and Prevented Me from Saving My Device
Regrettably, a little liquid accidentally spilled on my HP Victus device. With 15 years of experience as a technician, I promptly set to work on opening the device to avert any additional damage. To my surprise, one of the screws was stripped during my first attempt. I was unable to open the device to resolve the problem. It’s incredibly disappointing and upsetting to find such poor-quality materials on a device that comes with a price tag of ₺30-40.000. A high-quality product shouldn't exhibit such fundamental issues. As a well-known brand worldwide, HP must maintain high standards for material quality. I am looking for a solution to this matter, as it is not right for users to encounter these kinds of issues.
