Hotspot VPN took ₺2500 from my account even though I had already canceled my subscription. It seems their system didn’t recognize the cancellation, and now I’m stuck with an unauthorized charge.
To make matters worse, I can’t reach anyone from their support team—no response, no help, nothing! How can they charge my account without my approval? I’ve seen many similar complaints, yet they seem to ignore every single one.
