I purchased a Hotspot VPN subscription, but despite canceling it, they still charged ₺466 from my bank account automatically. There is no option to cancel auto-payments, and the system makes it impossible to stop future charges.

Customer support is useless—all I get is unhelpful bot responses, and no real person is assisting me. I’ve submitted multiple refund requests, but my issue is still unresolved. It’s frustrating to be ignored and overcharged for a service I no longer use.

Hotspot VPN, refund my money immediately! I canceled my subscription, and I shouldn’t have to deal with unauthorized charges. Fix your system and provide real customer support!
