Long Repair Time for Ariston Whirlpool Tumble Dryer
About 5-6 months ago, my tumble dryer was taken for repair due to a snapped belt. Within two days, a replacement part was ordered, and the machine was delivered back home. We paid a significant amount for this service. However, the machine broke again about 10 days ago, and the belt has snapped once more. As the part was under warranty, we were assured that the repair would be free of charge.
However, we've been waiting for the replacement part for 10 days now. It's perplexing that something that was previously resolved within two days is now pending for 10 days, and all because this time it's supposed to be free. It almost feels like a joke; it seems like they are making a mockery of us.
Progress
The materials are supposed to arrive on the 19th of the month. Shame on you, I will never recommend Ariston to anyone again.
