Hotpoint UH8 F1C Freezer Swelled

I wanted to talk about a confusing problem I've had with my UH8 F1C freezer. It has 7 drawers and a No-Frost feature. Lately, because of frost building up, I unplugged the appliance, gave it a good cleaning, and let it dry for a couple of days. But when I tried to turn on the freezer again and opened the door, I saw a stain on the second drawer from the bottom. I tried to open the drawer, but it was stuck. Upon closer examination, it was discovered that the right side wall of the freezer had expanded, blocking the opening.

When I was looking for help, I could only find information about Ariston online, not Hotpoint. It's strange because I specifically searched for Hotpoint Ariston. Unfortunately, Ariston couldn't help me out. Now, I'm in a tough spot because there isn't an official Hotpoint website. I don't know who to contact, and I'm wondering why the side wall is swelling and what could be causing it.

"After the sensor and card replacement, which had no benefit and I paid for, the screen was also replaced and the freezer cooling finally returned to normal. Home Connect still doesn't work! In short, if your Bosch brand refrigerator malfunctions, throw it away and research well before purchasing to see which brand will provide you with better support.
