Hotpoint-Ariston Freezer Repair Delays Since June—Still Not Working
I have been dealing with ongoing issues with my Hotpoint-Ariston freezer since June, and the service team has failed to resolve the problem. After multiple attempts to repair it, including extensive testing, the freezer was returned to me last week with assurances that it was fixed. However, it still doesn’t cool properly.
The freezer has spent the entire summer in service, and I’m left without a reliable appliance. I’ve been more than patient, but this lack of resolution is unacceptable. When will this problem finally be fixed? I expect immediate action and a permanent solution, as this prolonged delay is highly frustrating.
