Ariston Hotpoint Freezer Struggles with Missing Hinge Problem

The hinge on the door of my Ariston Hotpoint freezer is broken. The repair person came to check out the problem and found that a new part is needed. I got a message on September 6, 2023, saying that they'll get the replacement part from the warehouse and it should arrive in 2-4 business days. But, it's September 19, 2023 now, and I still haven't received the replacement part or any updates about it. The technician didn't communicate at all when they arrived or left.
I've been trying to reach the customer hotline multiple times, but I always end up waiting on hold for more than an hour without getting any response or updates on my inquiry. It's really annoying when you don't get clear info or updates on what's happening right now. I don't plan on contacting Ariston again because my previous experience with them was really disappointing.
The fact that we're not communicating and not getting the replacement part we need is really causing a lot of problems in my house. I really need help fixing my freezer ASAP. I would really appreciate it if you could take quick action and find a suitable solution to fix this ongoing problem.
