Ariston Hotpoint Freezer Drawer Cracked — No Replacement Available After 4 Months
The freezer drawer of my Ariston Hotpoint refrigerator cracked and broke while I was pulling it out, even though I was using it carefully and it had frozen stuck. I’ve been searching for a replacement drawer for about four months, but I can’t find a compatible one anywhere—not on websites or through technical service centers. The only price I was able to find was $66 USD, which is extremely high.
My product is out of warranty, and I’ve been using this refrigerator for a long time. I tried reaching Ariston customer service and authorized service centers, but I haven’t received any response. It’s very disappointing that such a large and well-known brand makes it this difficult to access spare parts.
For customer satisfaction, I request that the drawer be replaced or that an affordable solution be provided.
