Arçelik Service Damaged My Washing Machine and Dishwasher During Repair Attempts
I contacted Arçelik’s authorized technical service regarding my washing machine’s friction noise and the dishwasher’s lower fan not working. The technician diagnosed that the washing machine drum had fallen, so I ordered a new one, which was installed. He also mentioned that the dishwasher’s three-way valve-type motor and fans needed replacement, to which I agreed. However, while installing the parts, he attempted to force them in using a screwdriver and even used a hammer, which clearly indicated that things were not going well. Since then, I have been dealing with ongoing issues, including water leakage, a burning plastic smell, persistent noise, and more, even when the system is turned off. Despite being a loyal Arçelik customer for years, this service experience has been highly disappointing. I demand that my issues be resolved immediately.
