Hotpoint Ariston Washer Warranty Defective

I bought a Hotpoint Ariston washing machine. The delivery happened on November 29, 2017, and the service came to install it on November 30, 2017. I have an extended warranty that adds 3 years to the original warranty, and it will be valid until November 30, 2023. Even though I sent in all the necessary documents, they mistakenly entered the wrong warranty date as February 22, 2017. I've tried many times to show proof, like my invoice, emails with the seller, my confirmation, credit card statement, and the warranty receipt. I've sent the documents multiple times in the past week, but my problem still hasn't been fixed. The people who have looked at the documents agree that my rights are confirmed, but Vestel is refusing to change the information.

When I first used the machine, I experienced problems like water leaking, power going out, and dripping (issues with a Hotpoint washing machine). I asked for a refund, but the Consumer Arbitration Board made a decision using a wrong expert report. They said that the place where I made my complaint is already ruined and that the warranty information is incorrect. This means I'm the one who got hurt in this situation.
