Vestel Washer Circuit Board Problems
On December 18, 2023, I purchased a showcase model washing machine from Vestel (vs. Menemen outlet). I was unable to utilize the machine since there was a problem with the circuit board. We submitted a complaint on January 6th or 8th. Today is February 6, 2024, and it has been a month and a half. We've called every day, yet they still deceive us with their lies. We understand your issue very well, thus we have placed you on red alert. They continue to stall us with lies. First, they stated that they had placed an order for the mainboard. It turned out they hadn't. Then they said the wrong board had been delivered. On February 4th, I spoke with D**** (extension number 1064) and she advised me of a delivery date. During that chat, I warned her that if the problem wasn't rectified by the date she specified, I would want a refund for the computer, and she agreed and promised to help. "It's in the records." Now I can't get to D****. Not only can I not reach her, but when I call, it does not even connect. God is above all, although it has been one and a half months. We're washing dirty laundry at the neighbors' house. We've used Bosch previously, I swear. The quality just cannot be matched. The solution is not a component; I do not want it. You'll reimburse the money.
