Hotpoint Ariston Oven Glass Suddenly Shattered

We’ve been using our Hotpoint Ariston oven for about six years. Today, without any external impact, the oven glass suddenly shattered. Fortunately, no one was injured and no property damage occurred. This is the first time we have experienced an issue like this.

After the incident, we contacted customer service and were informed that the brand has withdrawn from the Turkish market and that replacement parts are no longer available. However, I am requesting a replacement glass for our oven. The product is not under warranty, and we do not have an invoice or customer number.

We live in Elbistan, Kahramanmaraş, and we ask that our issue be resolved. At the very least, we would like support in obtaining a replacement oven glass.
