Vestel Refused Warranty For Ariston Hotpoint Fridge


Ariston Hotpoint has exited the Turkish market by transferring its rights and operations to Vestel. I bought an extended warranty for our Ariston fridge that lasts for 3+3 years. After experiencing a card malfunction, the Vestel authorized service unexpectedly charged for the replacement, stating that the extended warranty had not been registered in their system. After trying multiple times to get in touch with Ariston for help, we were unable to find anyone who could address our concerns. When we contacted customer service, they clearly mentioned that they do not handle white goods. It's absolutely absurd to witness such unfairness and turmoil right in the center of Istanbul in 2024. We kindly request that Ariston takes immediate action to resolve the ongoing issue and meet our concerns by assigning a reliable point of contact.
