HotminiDrama Cash Out Pending – PayPal Payment Not Received

I have been using the Hot Mini Drama platform and requested a cash out of my earnings to my PayPal account in the amount of 300 USD. For more than a month now, the app has shown the same status “verifying account” and the funds have still not been released to my PayPal. There is no clear way to contact Hot Mini Drama’s customer support, so I have been unable to resolve this directly with the platform. I also have a screenshot that clearly shows the 300 USD withdrawal stuck in the “verifying account” status. I request that my account be reviewed without further delay and that the 300 USD be paid out to my PayPal account, or that I am clearly informed of the reason for the delay and how it can be solved.
