I am writing regarding an issue with my withdrawal on the Hotminidrama app. On June 14 at around 3:00 a.m., I requested a withdrawal of my balance from a specific mini drama, with a total amount of approximately 300 USD. Since then, the withdrawal has been stuck in “verifying” status for almost seven days, and there has been no progress or update in the app. I am using Hotminidrama from the Philippines and I have checked the app for any customer service hotline or support channel, but there is no available contact option for me to follow up on this matter. As a result, I have no information about the reason for the delay or when I can expect to receive my funds. I kindly request that my withdrawal be immediately processed and that the 300 USD be credited to my account without any further delay. I also ask for a clear explanation of why the verification has taken this long, so that I can regain confidence in using the app.
