HotMiniDrama Won't Let Me Withdraw My PayPal Rewards

I have been using the Hotminidrama mobile application on my phone every day for about two months and I have accumulated rewards that reached the minimum withdrawal amount of 300 dollars. According to the application, this amount should be withdrawable via PayPal, but despite fulfilling the conditions and reaching the minimum limit, I cannot withdraw my money. For about one month, I have been trying every day to withdraw the 300 dollars to my PayPal account through the app. Each time I attempt the withdrawal, the process does not complete and the money remains inside the application. There is no clear explanation in the app about why the withdrawal does not work, and I am not receiving any error that helps me understand or solve the problem. There is also no accessible customer service or support channel for Hotminidrama, so I have not been able to reach anyone to get information about my account or my balance. This situation is very frustrating, because I have spent time on the app with the expectation that I would be able to withdraw my rewards once I reached the minimum amount. I request that the 300 dollars accumulated in my Hotminidrama account be paid to my PayPal account immediately, and that a clear explanation be provided for why the withdrawal has not been processed until now.
