Hotminidrama Refuses PayPal Cashout After Reaching Withdrawal Threshold

I have been using the Hotminidrama mobile app and spent many hours watching episodes and a large number of ads in order to reach the required balance for withdrawal. The app clearly states that you can cash out once you reach a balance of 300, and there was no information shown about any verification process or extra waiting requirement. When I finally reached the 300 balance and tried to cash out to my PayPal account, the app only showed a message saying that it is “verifying” and that I should keep watching. This has been going on for around 24 hours, and despite the app’s promise that I can cash out at 300, it is not allowing the withdrawal and just keeps asking me to continue watching. This was my first attempt to cash out on the app, and I contacted Hotminidrama support about this problem but have received no response at all. After spending so much time watching episodes and ads to reach the stated payout amount, I feel misled and disappointed. I request that the 300 be paid to my PayPal account as promised in the app and that clear and transparent information be provided about any verification or payout conditions that users must meet before withdrawing.
