HotminiDrama Won’t Let Me Withdraw My Earnings to PayPal

I am a user of the Hotminidrama platform and I currently have a balance of approximately 300 USD in my account. Since last month, I have been trying to cash out this balance to my PayPal account but I have not been able to withdraw the money or find a clear way to do so. There is no clear explanation or functional option that allows me to transfer my earnings to PayPal, and as a result my balance has been stuck in my Hotminidrama account for about a month. I have not yet been able to reach or get support from your side regarding this situation. I request that my current balance of around 300 USD be urgently paid out to my PayPal account and that clear, accessible cashout instructions be provided so that I can withdraw my earnings without similar problems in the future.
