Hotmini Drama Withdrawal Delayed by Repeated Verification

I have been using the Hotmini Drama application to watch series episodes and earn cash rewards. In my account I currently have a balance of about 342.4 units, and from this balance I submitted a withdrawal request for 300 units through the available payment methods in the app. Since around 29 May 2026, my 300‑unit withdrawal request has been stuck under “account verification” and the status has not changed. In the app it was written that I should log in for 15 consecutive days so that the verification can be completed, and I did that, but instead of solving the problem, the period was extended by about two more weeks and my balance is still not released. I tried to wait and comply with all the conditions shown in the application, but despite that, my withdrawal status remains “under verification” and I have not received any response or explanation from Hotmini Drama support, nor has any amount been paid to me. I request that my account be verified correctly, that the artificial and repeated delays be stopped, and that my 300‑unit withdrawal request be approved and paid to me as soon as possible, or that I be given a clear and justified explanation if the withdrawal will not be completed.
