HotminiDrama Reduced My Rewards Before Cash Out – Request Full Withdrawal

I have been using the HotminiDrama app from the Google Play Store and have spent a significant amount of time watching videos because the app promises cash rewards and the ability to cash out. As shown in my screenshot, I reached around $290.49 with the message that I needed to “Earn $9 more” to cash out $300. However, as soon as my balance got close to $298, the app suddenly started giving me only one cent per video. This has made it almost impossible to reach the $300 withdrawal threshold. At the same time, more and more commercials and interruptions are appearing, which makes me feel like the app is deliberately blocking or delaying my ability to cash out after investing so much time. I feel misled and believe this behavior is unfair and deceptive. I am requesting full payment of the $300 I have been working toward for my time and effort spent on the app, and a clear explanation of why the earnings suddenly dropped to one cent per video right before reaching the withdrawal amount.
