Misleading Images Of Hotel Rooms On Hotels.com
This website, "www.hotels.com," does not thoroughly review the room and hotel images provided by suppliers. We had a disastrous experience in Salihli, Manisa, Turkey, on September 15th, 2023, when we spent a night at TUANA HOLIDAY VILLAGE HOTEL. The hotel was extremely dirty, disorganized, and messy, with minimal staff (only one person multitasking as a receptionist, guardian, roomkeeper, gardener – an all-in-one package!). There was no lobby, restaurant, cafeteria, or bar – absolutely nothing.
Progress
We are disappointed with the accounting policy of www.hotels.com. They do not issue any service invoice when receiving payment for hotel room reservations. We booked a stay at the Çıralı Zakkum Bungalow Hotel (Kemer, Antalya, Turkey) from September 15th to 20th and made an advance payment by credit card, but we failed to receive our invoice. They did not issue or send it to us, resulting in a 20% Value Added Tax loss due to their nonsensical trade policies.

This automatic response has nothing to do with my complaint. I had complained about the quality of the hotel's facilities and services... The response I received is about a completely different matter.
