I’m extremely frustrated with both Hotels.com and Grand Babil Hotel in Urfa. I’ve been trying to get a refund for a canceled reservation, but despite reaching out multiple times, I still haven’t received my money back.

I’ve sent several messages, provided all the necessary details, and followed every step they asked for—but there’s been no resolution. Both Hotels.com and the hotel itself have been dismissive and careless throughout the entire process.

It feels like they are deliberately avoiding the refund process, hoping customers will eventually give up. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from companies that claim to be trustworthy. Hotels.com, I expect my ₺ refund issued immediately. Others, beware when booking with these providers.
