On April 5, 2025, I booked a stay at a property called Jash Bedroom through Hotels.com. When we arrived at the listed address, we were shocked to find out that the hotel simply didn’t exist. We tried calling multiple times but couldn’t reach anyone—no staff, no management, no help.

We were left stranded late at night with nowhere to stay, and to make things worse, Hotels.com customer service was completely unreachable. We also tried reaching out in writing, but received no response. In the end, we lost ₺1900 for a hotel that never even existed.

Hotels.com, this is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund and an explanation for why such listings are allowed on your platform. You must take responsibility and prevent others from experiencing this.
